Rubber moulded parts

In the Presate section, the oldest section of VM Comp, the following types of rubber articles are produced:

• rubber bellows and protection sleeves for the joining elements and joints; planetary gear bellows for vehicles;
• seals, profiled gaskets of different shapes and sizes, joined or glued in the vulcanisation mold;
• sealing gaskets, membranes and anti-vibration elements for domestic appliances (washing machines, vacuum cleaners, refrigerators, etc.);
• damping pads, mechanical protection bushings, elastic support elements;
• engine and gearbox mounts for various vehicles;
• black or colored rubber car mats;
• sealing gaskets with or without metal insert (e.g. for hydraulic circuits, sewage systems, urban furniture, etc.), rubber sleeves;
• jointed hoses, tubes with complex configurations.

Materials: mixtures of EPDM, NBR, CR, NR, SBR, ECO, AEM, VMQ, FKM, HNBR.
