ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE PERSON CONCERNED (representatives / client delegates / suppliers) REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The company VM COMP SRL provides this "Information", the purpose being to describe the types of personal data it collects, the way it uses it or to whom it can transfer it.
Personal data refers to the data of the representatives/delegates of our clients and suppliers, of business partners, of collaborators and of the people who visit us, in order to develop contractual and commercial relations, to carry out joint projects.
The purposes and legal issues for which we use this data are mainly the following, without being limited to these:
- development of contractual and commercial relations, projects between our company and business partners;
- the access of clients, suppliers, visitors, partners and potential business partners to the premises and production spaces of the company;
- communicating with you regarding the requests you have, as well as other relevant aspects related to the commercial relationship;
- we use your personal data from video surveillance, to ensure the security of the spaces, goods, our staff and other visitors.
Processing for other purposes
We do not process your personal data for purposes other than those for which they were initially collected, without prior consent, without a legitimate interest or without a legal basis for processing.
The categories of personal data processed, without being limited to these, for the purposes listed above, are mainly those provided directly by you: name, surname, CNP, CI/passport number and series, address, telephone number, e-mail address, image, signature, etc.

To business partners, suppliers and subcontractors for the execution of contracts and projects carried out by the Company;

To external consultants (e.g. auditors), for specific purposes, when necessary.
We can transmit personal data to authorities or public institutions according to legal provisions if:
- It is stipulated in a legal provision;
- Prevents a crime or protects the safety of society;
- Protects individual safety or public safety;
This information is necessary in order to resolve various legal situations as follows:
If your activities gets in conflict with the terms and conditions established by our company, or the instructions for the use of certain fixed assets and inventory items;
If our company merges or is acquired in whole or in part by another company, and the database is transferred to the new operator;
If our company becomes insolvent, voluntarily or involuntarily, through its liquidator, administrator or buyer, the database can be sold, authorized, traded only with the consent of the court. If the situations mentioned above occurs, you will be notified by e-mail or by an announcement posted on the website. VM COMP SRL keeps the personal data of the person concerned, as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

- right of carriage
- the right not to be subject to an individual decision
- the right to complain to the ANSPDCP - Supervisory Authority.
You can exercise any of these rights by completing a request using the "Data subject request" form and sending it:
